The online check in system is a trainwreck! I checked in and it said the wait for my stylist would be 56 minutes. I then got a text 30 minutes later to let me know that my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. I got a text four minutes later letting me know my stylist was ready. This was more than 20 minutes earlier than I had been told when I checked in. By the time I got there (55 minutes after checking in), the system had canceled my check in. Even worse than the technology glitch was that the employees could not have cared less. No effort to accommodate me. I had to check back in and wait another 30 minutes. It's not the first time this has happened, but it's going to be the last. I got good service from my stylist once I got to her, but the broken online system and terrible front end customer service is unacceptable.

I'm really pissed off by their lack of service because they charged me for MVP haircut at $25 and didn't gave me a hair shampoo and neck massage. They didn't do a good job to communicate with me effectively. Sports Clip at another town did a better job at service.
